Stone Tobacco uses a new concept called "Consumer Direct Marketing" in creating sales.
Here is how it works: Members are not required to refer other members. However, those members who do make referrals will be graded for their efforts from 1 to 5. Each active member will be compensated according to a 3 by 9 Reparation Plan.
To encourage membership referrals, Stone Tobacco will pay 25% referral bonus.
Any member who is inactive for 2 consecutive months will be dropped from the Marketing Plan

This example is for illustration only. These are potential earnings and should not be seen as a guarantee of income. All compensation in this plan is based on a four-carton sale. Sales of less cartons contribute the same percentage.
Stone Tobacco Referring Members must purchase at least four cartons a month to maintain active status and receive monthly compensation checks. Purchases by personally referred customer members also count. Inactive referring members for any given month will not receive any compenstion. If a referring member is inactive for two consecutive months, he or she will lose their position in the matrix and their intire downline permanently. A Referring member may re-enter with a new position at any time.
