Answer: The Omaha Nation Tobacco Company will notify us as soon as the necessary equipment is ready for production. Here's a suggestion for those holding out for 100's. Performa burn test. Light an Omaha King and then light a 100 of another brand. Lay them in an ashtray and see which one burns up first. Each time this test was performed, the Omaha King continued burning from one to two minutes after the 100 went out.
Question: When will I receive my compensation checks?
Answer: All applications and orders are counted for the calendar month in which they were received prior to midnight on the last working day of that month. Checks are printed on the 15th and mailed on the 16th of the following month. Each Member is paid according to compensation summary. Each Member must purchase a minimum of 4 cartons per month to earn compensation.
Question: Where does the tobacco for Omaha Cigarettes come from?
Answer: The Omaha Nation Tobacco Company buys the tobacco from tobacco growers in North Carolina.
Question: How long does it take to get my order?
Answer: Unless otherwise directed, Stone Tobacco ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail in the U.S.A. The Postal Service estimates 5 to 7 working days. Majority of the members receive their orders within 3 weeks from the day they placed their order.
Question: What is the tar and nicotine content in Omaha Cigarettes?
Answer: At the present time we do not have those statistics available. However, they are a natural tobacco cigarette, with no chemical additives, fillers or burning accelerators.
Question: What are overseas shipping charges?
Answer: Please refer to the shipping tables for other countries on the web site http://www.stonetobacco.com. These prices do not include applicable customs charges. Each country will have a different configuration for this tax. This information can be obtained by the Member who is living in that country.
Question: Can both husband and wife become referring members?
Answer: Yes, husband and wife can become referring members. However, both will be required to qualify with a 4-carton purchase to earn compensation.
Question: Why does Stone Tobacco require a photocopy of ID, birth certificate or drivers license?
Answer: Stone Tobacco does NOT sell cigarettes to minors. This is the only insurance we have that all purchases are made by those of legal age.
Question: What happens if I do not send my signed copy of the By-laws and "Proof of Age" document within the requested 14 day period of becoming a member?
Answer: Since these documents are legally required to enable us to prove that we are not selling cigarettes to minors, we will automatically remove from the membership anyone who fails to provide a Proof of Age document within the 14 day period.
Question: What happens if I forget to place a qualifying order during a particular month?
Answer: You will forfeit any compensation you may have been entitled to for that month.
Question: What happens if I do not place a qualifying order for two months?
Answer: You will be automatically removed from the membership and PERMANENTLY forfeit both the position you held and your personally referred members. You may then rejoin again as a member and be placed at the bottom generation of the membership. Once our system removes a member it is not possible to put them back in their original position under any circumstances.

Question: Is Stone Tobacco legal?
Answer: Yes, This is a Tribal Cigarette manufactured by a Sovereign Nation and sold by a Member of that Sovereign Nation. Because of this, State laws that may apply to other cigarettes, would not apply to the sale of Omaha Cigarettes. All State Revenue Departments may not be aware of the issues of Tribal Sovereignty and may have questions regarding this issue. We plan on working with and educating those that may have questions. The Omaha Tribe pays Federal Manufacturing Taxes.
Question: How can I check to see who is in my downline and what their monthly group purchase volume is?
Answer: Genealogy reports will be issued free with your first commission checks. However, any subsequent genealogy reports can be purchased for $10.00. Any genealogy report issued will give complete details of your personally referred members and then list the ID numbers of members in each generation.
Question: How do I find out who my upline is?
Answer: In order to protect the privacy of members, the company will not provide names of upline members at this time. Beyond your immediate sponsor, please request this information and we will contact your upline and let them know you wish to get in touch with them.
Question: I do not understand the 3 by 9 reparation plan. Who can explain it to me?
